As a cruelty free consumer I am constantly emailing brands to find out about their animal testing status. I decided that it would be more helpful for everyone if I shared the responses I get rather than just adding brands to my cruelty free or avoid list. Below are the recent responses that I’ve had from brands regarding their animal testing policies.
Thank you for your enquiry.
Our company are strongly against any form of animal testing.
We manufacture the products ourselves and are not owned by any other company, none of our ingredients are tested on animals by us or a third party, we go to great lengths when choosing our ingredient suppliers to check through the chain to their origin that there is no animal testing of the ingredients.
We do not sell or distribute our products in countries where animal testing is required.
I hope this helps, if you need any further information please get in touch.
Thank you for your interest in Skin Laundry and we are thrilled to be coming to the UK!
We are proud to say that we do not test our products on animals and our ingredients have never been tested on animals by our suppliers.
We currently sell our products in Hong Kong, and although technically Hong Kong is a part of China, Hong Kong does not have the same testing requirements as China, meaning that brands that do not test on animals (such as Skin Laundry) can sell in Hong Kong and remain cruelty free.
I hope I’ve answered your questions and feel free to send us any other inquiries you may have!
Note: Skin Laundry have officially launched in the UK this month and are available in stores and online through Liberty of London!
Many thanks for your recent enquiry.
